We stand firmly behind the quality of all the items we sell and make, every rosary, chaplet, tenner and all our antique medal reproductions. They are made using the highest quality methods and materials available for their construction. Should you experience a break, we will repair your piece at no cost, and reimburse your shipping. There is no time limit on free repairs.

Although we try to convey good descriptions of our pieces through quality photographs and text, buying online is different than a purchase made from a local retailer, where you're able to judge color, size and handling in person. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your new purchase, including bead quality, appearance or feel, please write or call within 10 days with your intention to return your piece. We will handle any customer concern quickly, cheerfully and with no debate.

To make the return, please pack your item the same way it was received to insure its safe return.

Please note: Items over 10 days delivered without having received a notice of intent to return will be considered acceptable to you and used, and are not available for refunds.

For United States purchases all credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as Paypal.

ALL INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL'S SECURE ONLINE PAYING SYSTEM. It is the most secure method, since no one, including me, ever has any access to your financial information.

Paypal also handles Direct Bank Transfers and Echecks, both domestic and international.

A Paypal account is not required in order to complete a transaction. All Paypal usually requires is your email address (varies by country) in order to send you your payment notification.

Sacred Art Jewelry also welcomes checks or money orders from domestic U.S. customers, and Puerto Rico. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please send me an email so that a hold may be placed on your rosary, chaplet or other items. Holds will be lifted after one week if payment has not been received, unless prior arrangements have been made for your convenience.

We ship twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.

The shipping schedule is as follows:

Orders placed by Monday, 9am Eastern are normally shipped on the following Thursday.

Orders placed by Friday, 9am Eastern are normally shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping schedules may vary due to federal holidays and postal service delays.

Rosaries are usually made to order, and make take 10-14 days to ship.

U.S. Customers

Most domestic packages ship via U.S.P.S. First Class Service, but Priority Shipping is also available. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

A tracking number is always included for your peace of mind. You will receive an email and may also track your package directly from your Paypal account.

Insurance requires an additional fee. Please contact us if you wish to purchase insurance.

International Customers

It is highly recommended that you use Paypal to process your payment. Just press the Paypal button when you are ready to check out. You will be able to use your credit card, and there will be no issue with the postal codes, etc. that may cause your order to be rejected otherwise.

You may also Contact Us, if your order is not accepted by the system for any reason, and we will gladly send you a Paypal invoice with all the items in your cart for your convenience.

Medal packages
ship via US Postal First Class International at a Flat Rate of US$7.00

The United States Postal Office is not providing Customs Declaration numbers anymore so international packages can no longer be tracked using that method.

Rosary packages
cost $25.00 to ship overseas. Contact us if you require insurance and tracking. The charge in that case will be around $49.00.

Sacred Art Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Estimated delivery is 6 to 10 days to arrive to your country + any customs delays. These can vary from a few days to one month, depending on the country and circumstances.
